EtaleHub provides an AI-first Business Operating System designed for trade service professionals. Key features include natural language command parsing, invoicing automation, calendar organization, automated service reminders, and customer database logs.
3. User Accounts & Security
You must maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account details. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any actions or activities executed under your password.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations
Billing is handled on a month-to-month subscription basis. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. You can cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect. Refund policies are outlined separately inside the billing portal.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EtaleHub Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
